Have you ever thought about your daily routine, about what people are like around us? Some of them are optimistic and always share positive. But also there are pessimistic people or even skeptics who are anti-fan of positive thinking. Some people are pseudo optimists but inside feel loneliness and depression. I think some time there is misunderstanding only because of our different type of thinking. The word is multi-cultural and every nation has some typical type of absorbing information.
Now it is autumn and a lot of people are in deep depression. It is familiar to you, isn’t it? You feel overtired and exhausted because of overwork, unhappy because your boy/ girlfriend or just friends became ex boy/ girlfriend or pseudo friends that don’t support you and are unreliable. Also you might be unmarried but want to create family at last.
There are a lot of reasons to be depressed. The main aim is to learn how to overcome it. Some treat themselves by taking some antibiotic but it is just waste of money and health. There is better way to overcharge and make our life happier by absorbing positive from everywhere and everything. What is more, happiness is around us we must just catch it. When you think optimistic you will be happier and you’ll share positive to everybody. Furthermore it is really important not to inflict bad mood to anybody.
Also remember: “Progress is impossible without change, and those who cannot change their minds cannot change anything”.  Don’t sit on your sofa and cry how bad and cruel the world is. Just stand up and do your best to change your life. Turn around maybe you have everything necessary to be overjoyed.
Don’t be impatient because you need some time to achieve your goals. Also don’t do anything to impress anybody, just do it for yourself. Remember: “We as happy as we decided to be”.
In conclusion I want to add that it is just my view. You might be disagree but I hope that this recommendation somehow will help you.

  1. It`s true that there are different kinds of people with their own outlooks. As for me, we should spend more time with people who can encourage us doing your best on the contrary it is better avoid communicating with pessimists as they can fuel your fear or even self-confidence. During the life, we have to accomplish our main goals. And it`s out of the question that we must realize that changes are very useful in our progress, but at the same time, we should understand not all changes can you to success.

  2. I like your quote) In my opinion, our fails mainly cause the depression. But we shouldn’t be afraid of problems, deadlocks and bury our heads in the sand. All our mistakes make us more experienced!

  3. I also hate people who sais "Oh, it was a great difficulty, I couldn't do this", and at the same time they even didn't make an attempt ! We should always at least try to accomplish our goals. Actions speak louder than words.
